Chippen Street Theatre is a ten minute walk from Central and Redfern Stations and is a multi-arts centre with a fifty-seat professional black box theatre fully equipped with lighting and sound and rehearsal spaces.

The theatre has 50 tiered seats, 14 x 10m sprung floor, generous wing space and foyer area and is fully accessible.

Chippen Street Theatre is perfect for live shows, small concerts, rehearsals, workshops and masterclasses. It has a Kawai baby grand piano and a weighted keyboard available to hire.

The venue is home to Sydney Eisteddfod and arts partners Australian Youth Orchestra and Australian Haydn Ensemble.
