Dr Jennifer Lees and Alistair Lees were stalwart supporters of Sydney Eisteddfod during their lifetime, Jennie as our Media Liaison & Public Information Officer, volunteer and archivist, obtaining her doctorate in 2004 with a thesis which was later published as The Sydney Eisteddfod Story:1930-1941. Alistair donated countless volunteer hours across many roles at Sydney Eisteddfod till 2020. Although sadly missed, their legacy lives on at Sydney Eisteddfod through The Wee Lees Trust Fund set up through their generous bequest.
