Speech on a topic provided on the day of the event. Preparation time 2 minutes and speaking time up to 3 minutes.

Important Notes

A topic, provided by the adjudicator, will be given to each entrant in a preparation area. Entrants are not allowed to take material of any kind into this area, including mobile phones or other electronic devices. Paper and pen will be provided for notes.
