212: Sydney Eisteddfod Piano Concerto Competition (16 Years & Under)
Entry Information
Own choice of any one or two movements of a concerto. Total performance time of up to 15 minutes, which includes pauses between movements.

Pianist Lee Dionne's playing has been described as "impressive" (NYTimes), "impeccable" (Fanfare Magazine), and "entrancing" (BBC Music Magazine). He appears regularly in venues such as Carnegie Hall and the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, performing over forty solo and chamber recitals annually. Currently Lee is co-artistic director of Hayes Street Studio in Sydney. Previously he was the founding pianist of the award-winning, internationally acclaimed Merz Trio. A sought-after teacher, Lee holds a Doctorate from the Yale School of Music. His specific areas of expertise include historical performance, chamber music, and the keyboard works of Beethoven, Brahms, Chopin, and Ravel.

Provision of associate pianist is entrant's own responsibility.
Conditions
Only soloist to be judged, not the associate pianist. The two pianos will be placed side by side. No restrictions on associate pianist, whether they are professional or non-professional. The second pianist may play for more than one entrant. Please refer to the Piano Rules & Conditions of Entry. Your entry is accepted under these conditions.
