Entry Information

Own choice of a program. All music should be no higher than Grade 2 or equivalent. Groups who present repertoire above Grade 2 may be eligible for 'comments only' - and not in contention for a placing or prize. Total performance time of up to 10 minutes, which includes time taken between items. Entrants are encouraged to include improvised solos and at least one Swing item.

Important Notes

A hard copy of complete scores, in order of performance, with bars numbered and clearly labelled with your Entrant Number, must be handed to the front desk upon arrival at the venue. Specific genre items (e.g. Blues, Swing) and Grades must also be identified on scores. Registrants do NOT need to upload copies of the music to their Entrant Portal ahead of the day.

Conditions

10-25 instrumentalists. Vocals optional and can be additional to instrumentalists. Please refer to the Instrumental Category Rules & Conditions of Entry. Your entry is accepted under these conditions.
