Entry Information

Own choice of one monologue from the plays of William Shakespeare. To be performed in rehearsal blacks (not in costume).

Total performance time to be between 2-4 minutes.

Deborah Galanos graduated from NIDA with a Bachelor of Dramatic Arts (BDA) and attained her Associate and Licentiate diplomas (ATCL & LTCL) in Speech & Drama from Trinity College, London. She continues to teach, mentor, and direct many adults and students, and works regularly with playwrights on script developments. Throughout her acting career, Deborah has performed in and toured with countless productions all over Australia and has also worked extensively in film and television. This year Deborah featured in the critically acclaimed Timon Of Athens, and Romeo & Juliet, both sell-out shows for Sport For Jove theatre company.

Note: A copy of the work to be performed must be uploaded to the Sydney Eisteddfod Entrant Portal no later than two weeks prior to the event.

If insufficient entries in either Events 313 or 318 these will combine.
