All voice types - Soprano, Mezzo, Alto, Tenor, Countertenor, Baritone and Bass - are eligible for this event.

Total performance time of up to 8 minutes, which includes time taken between items.

A WAAPA graduate, Keane’s musical theatre credits include We Will Rock You (GFO), Priscilla, Queen of the Desert (MWE) and The Phantom of The Opera for Handa Opera on Sydney Harbour (Opera Australia). Keane also toured with acclaimed international singing group The Ten Tenors appearing with them in theatres, stadiums, and concert halls all over the world. Notable appearances include NBC'S The Today Show, The Helpmann Awards, and Oprah’s Ultimate Australian Adventure. He has just finished performing in the 50th Anniversary Tour of The Rocky Horror Show understudying the roles of Frank N Furter, Brad, Riff Raff and Eddie/Dr. Scott.

* Douglas Parnell was an Australian Bass opera singer committed to singing education in schools. He performed operatic roles both nationally and internationally in the 1950's producing operas in his later years. He founded the Sydney Opera Company in 1959.
