20: The Sydney Eisteddfod SENIOR VOCAL SCHOLARSHIP (21-25 Years)

(a) Operatic Aria from Event 21 AND
(b) an item that was performed in Events 22-28.

The program MUST include at least one prize-winning item.

Prerequisite: Singers must enter and perform in the Operatic Aria (Event 21) and at least two other Events from 22-28.

First, Second & Third place-getters from Events 22-28 will be considered, from which UP TO SIX singers will be selected to perform in a deciding Final for this Scholarship.

Total Prize Value: $5,500

Winner: Scholarship of $4,000 (payable in two equal amounts, with the first instalment upon winning and the second instalment six months later, subject to proof of continued tuition). Sponsored by Dr Bruce Caldwell and The Greatorex Foundation.

Finalists (excluding place-getter): $300 each. Sponsored by Sydney Eisteddfod Jubilee Fund.
