Performers across NSW and ACT are still on a high from the 2013 McDonald's Sydney Eisteddfod. But before the season comes to a close, McDonald's has announced that for the third year in a row, it is bringing back the McDonald's Performance Grants program to provide interested participants the opportunity to receive a funding boost.
Performers from NSW and ACT who entered this year's 2013 McDonald's Sydney Eisteddfod who plan to participate in next year's (2014) Sydney Eisteddfod can now apply for a grant to help subsidise the costs associated with participating in the prestigious competition. A total of 25 deserving performers from across the state, whether they are solo and group acts, will be chosen to receive the grant.
The iconic McDonald's Sydney Eisteddfod has always been a platform for aspiring young performers to showcase their tremendous talent. This year, Sydney Eisteddfod celebrates its 80th Anniversary and McDonald's are proud to continue its 25 years of strong partnership, helping to promote the performing arts and showcase the phenomenal home grown talent right here in Australia.
