Camille Mercep


As a singer Camille Merčep’s experience encompasses the Operatic Stage and International concert platform, Plays, Cabaret, and Music Theatre. She has been Guest Artist with Opera Australia on several occasions, as well as performing and touring with a number of smaller, fringe companies, chamber ensembles and orchestras within Australia.

Internationally her voice has taken her to perform in recital and on the Concert Platform in Switzerland, Italy, UK, NZ and China.

Camille is also a well-known and respected presenter for Sydney’s classical music station Fine Music 102.5fm and takes an active part in the Youth Development program Young Virtuosi, run by the station to support and encourage young musicians. She is very pleased to be adjudicating the News Reading/Radio Announcing events for the Sydney Eisteddfod this year, drawing on her considerable practical experience broadcasting, voicing commercials and also presenting medical podcasts on iTunes for the Royal Australasian College of Physicians.

Camille is passionate about the voice and has a successful teaching practice based on an holistic approach to vocal technique and voice production  - A Whole Voice.
