2017 Wenkart Foundation Ballet Champions

achieve.

Congratulations to the following winners of The Wenkart Foundation Ballet Championships in the 11 & 12 years, 13 years, 14 years, 15 years and 16 & over age groups. It was delightful to see the great depth of talent amongst these young ballerinas and it was quite impressive to see the high standard of ballet tuition available in Australia.

Victorian ballerinas proved to stand-out in the younger age groups with Charlotte Chivers  from Canadian, Victoria taking out the winning title against 58 competitors in The Wenkart Foundation Junior Ballet Championship (11 & 12 Years). Laura Griffiths from Melbourne, Victoria was also awarded first place in The Wenkart Foundation Ballet Championship (13 Years) event.

Hyo Shimizu from Waitara was the only male to take out the winning title across the age groups winning The Wenkart Foundation Ballet Championship (14 Years).

Chloe Reynolds from Floraville was awarded first place in The Wenkart Foundation Ballet Championship (15 Years) event and Elizabeth Wenta from Weston won The Wenkart Foundation Senior Ballet Championship (16 & Over).

Sydney Eisteddfod congratulates all the winners as well as all other participants of The Wenkart Foundation Ballet Championships on fabulous performances.
